I had my vehicle towed overnight to their service lot and within opening hours the next morning, I received a call from Jay confirming their receipt of my car keys and spoke about the issues that my vehicle was having. Then, I received a follow-up call from Jay with the inspection findings and estimate. By the end of the day, my vehicle was repaired with new Toyota parts! I’m very pleased with the high-level of professionalism, knowledge and experience shown during this vehicle service and repair. I strongly recommend Toyota of North Miami’s service.

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle online, Reynald (sales) and Richard (finance) made this process very easy. Reynald was very patient with all of my questions/concerns. He took the time to send me detailed photos/videos of the vehicle and all steps of the process. Richard in Finance was so informative and added only what I asked to the deal and didn’t try to upsell me. Reynald found transport for my vehicle to be delivered to my residence. Top notch service!
